I. HOW TO MAKE AN ORDER REQUEST

You can make an order request by one of these ways:

1. Register at: www.savallchocolate.com , choose the products, send an order request and receive our confirmation (by email or phone).

4. Order via hotline: 0983.829.449 (including SMS)

Please note: POP KẸO only receives orders during office hours. Order requests outside office hours will be processed in the next working hours.

Working hours:

  • Monday – Friday: 8.30 – 17.30
  • Saturday, Sunday & public holidays: New orders will be processed on the next business day.

To ensure on-time delivery, POP KẸO recommends ordering via our hotline: 0983 829 449. Every 15 minutes we will check and confirm order requests.

The units of listed products are by default: box, jar, bar…

III. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

POP KẸO currently provides shipping for all orders with value above 200,000 vnd in Da Nang, Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh city. For other cities and provinces, please contact us via hotline 0983 829 449.

Shipping fee:

– DA NANG

  • Free shipping for any order from 350,000 vnd within Da Nang city center (districts of Hai Chau, Cam Le, Thanh Khe, Lien Chieu, Ngu Hanh Son, Son Tra).
  • Free shipping for any order from 500,000 vnd in other areas of Da Nang (districts of Hoa Vang).
  • Shipping fee is from 20,000 – 50,000 vnd depending on shipping address.

– HANOI, HO CHI MINH CITY

  • Free shipping for any order from 2,000,000 vnd to Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh city.
  • 50% discount for any order from 1,500,000 to under 2,000,000 vnd to Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh city.
  • Shipping fee is from 250,000 – 300,000 vnd for any order below 1,500,000 vnd.

– OTHER CITIES/ PROVINCES

Shipping fee depends on weight, size and shipping address.

Delivery time:

  • DA NANG: Same-day delivery (Except Saturday and Sunday)
  • HANOI – HO CHI MINH CITY: Within 2 business days from order confirmation.
  • OTHER AREAS: Agreed delivery time between customers and POP KẸO.
